Who We Serve

Industries We Work In

Our process follows how facility managers, multi-site operators and procurement teams already work.

  • National Retail

Chains, franchise groups and strip-center tenants. Punch lists, resets, lots and board-ups handled to one standard at every store.

  • Healthcare & Medical

Clinics, urgent care, dental and outpatient offices. Contained work areas, after-hours scheduling and privacy-aware techs.

  • Restaurant & Hospitality

Quick-service, full-service, hotels and venues. Work timed around service periods and guest areas kept presentable.

  • Industrial & Warehouse

Distribution centers and light-industrial sites. Fence lines, lots, roofs and interiors handled around shifts and dock traffic.

  • Property Management

Commercial property managers and owners. Common areas, vacant-suite turns and owner-ready photo reports.

  • Office & Corporate

Corporate, professional and financial offices. Evening work, quick certificates for building management and move support.

Engagement Scale

From One Ticket to a Statewide Program

Whatever the size, the steps are the same: written scope, accountable work, documented closeout.

  • Single-Site Ticket

    One ticket. One scope. Closed.

A single work order with a written scope and NTE, from a door that will not close to a broken storefront.

Typical: one visit or a short series

  • Statewide Program

    Every metro we cover

Recurring and reactive coverage across every Texas metro on our routes, with one coordinator and portfolio-level reporting.

    Typical: a multi-year agreement

Why Fixmark Group

One Vendor. Every Line. Every Metro.

Every service line is coordinated under one agreement, with one person accountable for scope, scheduling and closeout.

  • One agreement

All service lines on one vendor agreement and one invoice cycle, instead of a separate vendor per task and site.

  • One point of contact

A named coordinator handles your sites, tickets and escalations.

  • Built for programs

Check-in, photos and closeout happen inside the work-order platform your team already uses.

  • Every line, one vendor

Repairs, exterior care, cleaning and board-up under one agreement.

  • Price before work

Written scope and cost before any work begins, and no work past the NTE without approval.

  • Documented closeout

Before-and-after photos and plain notes on every ticket.

Our Process

How We Work

  1. Ticket received

The request arrives through your work-order platform, our form, email or the service line. We log the site, the issue and the NTE.

  2. Scope confirmed

We confirm what will be done, the arrival window and the price limit in writing. Photos are requested when they help.

  3. Work performed

The tech checks in on site, completes the scope and stops to ask before anything goes past the NTE.

  4. Closed out

Before-and-after photos and plain notes are uploaded, open items are listed, and the ticket is closed.

Documentation

Documentation & Compliance

What procurement teams receive with every vendor setup. Full details are on the Compliance page.

  • Certificate of insurance

Issued within one business day of a request, with your certificate-holder wording.

  • W-9 and vendor forms

Sent with your onboarding packet on request.

  • Site safety briefing

A hazard check at every site before work starts.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What buyers usually ask before sending the first ticket.

Which parts of Texas do you serve?

Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio, plus the surrounding suburbs. The location pages list the cities on our routes.

How do we get a price?

Send the site and the scope through the quote form, email or your work-order platform. You receive a written scope and price before any work begins.

Do you work as a subcontractor for facility-management companies?

Yes. We follow each program’s check-in, photo and closeout rules and bill against the NTE on the ticket.

Do you offer scheduled maintenance?

Yes. Scheduled programs cover recurring visits, routes and upkeep, with repairs found on a visit quoted before they are done.

What types of sites do you service?

Retail stores, restaurants, clinics, offices, managed properties and warehouses.

Is there work you do not take on?

We stay inside the service lines listed on this site. If a ticket needs a different kind of provider, we tell your dispatcher right away so it can be reassigned.

Do you add sales tax?

Texas taxes nonresidential repair labor and building cleaning, so tax is added unless you provide a resale or exemption certificate.
